If I sign up for a subscription, does it renew automatically?
You bet! Your subscription will renew automatically every 30 days.
How do I find my subscription page?
Log into your account by clicking ‘Log In’ from the mobile menu or the top right of your screen on your computer. If you don’t have an account, you’ll need to sign up for one using the same email address you used to purchase your subscription. Once you’ve logged in, click ‘My Subscriptions’. If you have multiple subscriptions, choose the one you want to manage and click ‘Manage Subscriptions.’
How do I make changes to my subscription?
To make any changes, log into your account and click ‘My Subscriptions’. Select the subscription you want to adjust and click Manage Subscription. You can then:
- ADD A PRODUCT: The Subscription page shows products that you can “Add One-Time” for an additional charge. Note: you can’t remove any of the fixed items included in your subscription.
- CHANGE SHIPPING DATE: Under Subscription Settings, click the box that says “Next box ships on”. A calendar will pop up. Click the date for when you want your next shipment to ship out. Then click “Update Shipping Date”.
- CHANGE QUANTITY: Under Subscription Settings, click on any of the products in your subscription that you want to adjust. When the pop up box appears, use the +/- buttons to change the quantity of items to include in your next order for an additional charge. Then click “Save Product”.
- SKIP SUBSCRIPTION: Under Subscription Settings, find the option to “Skip Next Order”. If you click this option, you will not receive your next scheduled recurring order. To successfully skip your next recurring order, please be sure to select this option before 11:59 PM the day before the order is scheduled to ship.
- PAUSE SUBSCRIPTION: Under Subscription Settings, click “Pause Subscription”. If you select this option, all recurring orders will be paused until you unpause your subscription. To successfully pause your subscription and not receive your next recurring order, select this option before 11:59 PM the day before the order is scheduled to ship. To unpause your subscription, click “Unpause Subscription”.
- CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION: Under Subscription Settings at the bottom of the page there is the option to “Cancel Subscription.” By selecting this option, you will effectively cancel all subscription orders. Please note that recurring orders are processed on the day of the month that you began your subscription. To cancel your subscription, you need to make that change by 12 PM EST the day before the order is processed. You can find this date in your account under “Subscription”. How do I update my billing information, shipping address, or credit card information?
Go to the subscription you want to adjust, and scroll down to the ‘More Settings’ section. To edit any information, click on the item that needs updating and a box will appear on the right hand side of the page. After you make your changes, click either 'Save Address' or 'Update Card.'
Will I be charged before canceling my subscription?
Nope. You can cancel your subscription free of charge. Recurring orders are processed on the day of the month that you began your subscription. To cancel your subscription, those changes need to be made by 12 PM EST the day before the order is processed. To cancel your subscription, log into your account and click ‘My Subscriptions’ and select the subscription you’d like to cancel. Go to “Cancel Subscription” at the bottom of the page. How do I put my subscription on hold?
Easy peasy! To pause a subscription, sign into your account and click on ‘My Subscriptions’. Select the subscription you want to adjust, select “Frequency” and click ‘Pause.’ You will be charged for any recurring subscription orders while your subscription is on hold. You can also choose to skip your next recurring order by selecting 'Skip Order' under Subscription Settings.
When will I be charged?
Your card will be charged when the order is processed. Subscriptions are processed on the day that they’re scheduled to ship. You can view your next scheduled shipping date in your account under 'Subscription', in the box that says 'Next box ships on.'
Will I get a reminder before my next subscription delivery?
Yes, we’ll send a reminder email 3 days before your recurring subscription order is processed and shipped.
