Should I sign up for an account on your store?

Creating an account allows you to easily track your orders, find items you may have ordered before, and manage your subscriptions.

Do you ship internationally?

No. Cover Three only ships within the contiguous United States.

Is shipping free?

Shipping is free for orders over $250. Otherwise, shipping is calculated on checkout based on your shipping address.

Is Cover Three shipped cold?

We do not include cold packing in our shipments. All Cover Three products are sealed to keep them protected. You can keep your Cover Three packets at room temperature, but storing them in the refrigerator or freezer makes them even more enjoyable! Kids love them chilled as a tasty orange creamsicle treat. Seniors enjoy them cold for a smooth refresher. Taking a cool Brain Defense after a big workout is soothing to the brain and body. And chiling your Brain Assist packets gives you the daily cool treat you crave.

What shipping do you use?

We deliver all orders using 3-7 day ground shipping.
